Serving Bonner County, ID and Pend Oreille County, WA

Websites and AI help for small businesses from Sandpoint to Newport, Priest Lake to Blanchard, and up the Pend Oreille River to Metaline Falls.

Rural businesses with real customers

Bonner County, Idaho has roughly 54,000 residents and about 1,800 employer businesses. Pend Oreille County, Washington has about 14,500 residents and about 260 employer businesses (U.S. Census Bureau estimates). Add the many sole proprietors who don't show up in those counts, and you get a lot of good local businesses that people still find by word of mouth because their online presence is thin.

That's the gap Selkirk Technology fills: practical, affordable websites and Google profiles for businesses that serve real people across a wide, rural area.

How “service area” works on Google

If you travel to your customers (contractors, cleaners, mobile mechanics, landscapers, photographers), Google lets you list the towns or counties you serve instead of a storefront address. Done right, that helps you show up across the whole region. Done wrong, with fake addresses or dozens of copy-paste town pages, it can get your profile suspended.

I set up your service area to match where you actually work, and write site content that's genuinely useful for each place you serve.

Towns I serve

Bonner County, Idaho: Sandpoint, Ponderay, Kootenai, Dover, Sagle, Hope, Clark Fork, Priest River, Laclede, Oldtown, Blanchard, Coolin and the Priest Lake area.

Pend Oreille County, Washington: Newport, Diamond Lake, Usk, Cusick, Ione, Metaline and Metaline Falls.

Nearby areas such as Spirit Lake, Athol and the Spokane north side are fine too. Ask if you're unsure.

Common questions

Do you work with businesses outside these two counties?

Yes. Most of my work is local, but websites and AI coaching both work fine by video for businesses anywhere.

I'm a long drive from Oldtown. Can we still meet?

Yes. I'm happy to drive for an initial meeting anywhere in Bonner or Pend Oreille County, and most follow-ups can happen by phone or video.

Is it bad to have a page for every town I serve?

Only if they're thin copy-paste pages. A page for a town should say something genuinely useful about how you serve customers there. Otherwise a single service-area page is better.
