- Weekly running. I do the work every week and send your summary. You approve what goes out.

Billed monthly in advance. 3-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice. You pay for your own AI and software subscriptions directly, so the accounts and data stay yours.
You stay in charge
- Nothing is sent, posted, paid or filed without your approval, unless you set a written standing rule.
- No access to move money. Invoices are drafts; banking and payroll stay with you.
- Your accounts, your data. I use the least access each task needs, and it's removed when you cancel.
- Business-day coverage, not 24/7 emergency support.
Why a monthly plan?
It's the same idea as a managed IT plan: one predictable monthly bill, and someone who knows your setup keeps it running so you don't have to. AI tools change constantly. A monthly plan means someone keeps your workflows working while you run the business.

Who is Managed AI for?
Owners who can see AI would save them time but don't have the hours to set it up and keep it running. If you'd rather learn to do it yourself, start with an AI Jumpstart instead.
Will you send emails or post for me?
I draft; you approve. Nothing is sent, posted, paid or filed without your OK, unless you set a standing rule in writing, such as letting me send appointment reminders from a template.
What happens to my data?
The work happens in your own accounts, using business AI plans set so your data isn't used for training. You get a written list of what I can access, access is limited to what each task needs, and it's removed when you cancel. I don't handle card numbers, health records or banking logins.
Is bookkeeping prep the same as bookkeeping?
No. I organize receipts and categorize transactions so your bookkeeper or CPA has less to do. I don't file taxes or give tax, legal or accounting advice.
What does it cost beyond the monthly fee?
A one-time setup fee for your plan, plus your own AI and software subscriptions, paid directly to the provider. Many popular AI assistants cost about $20 to $30 per user per month. Work beyond your plan's hours is quoted first.
Can I cancel?
Plans have a 3-month minimum so setup has time to pay off, then go month to month with 30 days' notice. You keep everything that was set up in your accounts.
